Kenny Knott, taking the WSM up on the free one time entry for a 2007 Track Champion used his entry to win the event.  Now, this wasn't as easy as it may seem because Nott had to beat some down right good shoes to take home the $1000 to win.  Bobby Hogge IV, who started at the back of the field at the start, worked his way all the way to the front and was, if you can believe it, one foot from winning at the end.  We are talking less than 2 thousands of a second back. Oh, and let's not forget the 66 stone machine who, having been collected in turn four by Tom Steidham left the track and returned before the green and then proceeded to run the entire field down and finished fourth, right behind Cass.  What a night it was.  Everyone came to race and win.
